- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not the best service. If your looking to get things done immediately , it's best to go to the branch in Portland , but if you have time to wait 30-45 minutes..... no I still wouldn't suggest coming to this branch. When you you explain to the rep before the transaction begins, that you've had a pretty bad day already - I shouldn't be leaving in a worse position than when I stepped through that door.By Claudia Howard, October 31, 2016
